E-learning

Why use a customised eLearning system?

With our solutions you don't have to take the risk to choose, buy and implement an off-the-shelf package which may or may not meet your requirements. Instead we will design your eLearning system to be fully customised and a 100% match to your exact requirements. A customised eLearning solution can massively reduce your operational costs by making your day-to-day work as efficient as imaginable. Why? Because many nitty-gritty tasks can be automated, freeing your staff from wasting half of their working hours on operating software.

Features and Benefits

We don't impose standard solutions. Our design approach is also fully bespoke. We don't pull one we made earlier off the shelf and try to make your content fit around it!

You have the option of online courses with or without our partner network of professional voiceovers. You can also include a character in the courses, who acts as the narrator, i.e. they appear throughout a course to explain what is on screen. These characters can be animated, or can be a professional actor who can walk in and out of screen. Our bespoke eLearning software solutions are designed specifically based on your  companies requirements: Your templates, your content, your branding, your business rules, your automation needs, integration with your other systems, and any software features that describe an ideal eLearning software to you. Request a free consultation

Online assessments

At the end of our courses we offer the option of an assessment. This assessment is to test that the learner has taken the information on board. Our assessments use a large pool of questions, this means that individual learners or a learner taking a second attempt will receive a different set of questions. Our assessments are not just a list of multiple choice questions one after another; we use different question styles throughout the online assessments. This keeps the learner thinking and drives further understanding. We can offer a number of different question styles including:

  • Multiple choice
  • Drag and drop an answer to the correct area
  • Short typed answers
  • Fill in the blank
  • True or False
  • Pairing answers together
  • Selecting part of an image
  • Putting answers into order

SCORM content packages

Re-usable, distributable e-learning content

The Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) is a collection of standards and specifications for web-based e-learning. In practice, this means that SCORM packaged e-learning modules can be uploaded (in ZIP format) to any SCORM compliant Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). The VLE will recognise and unpack the module, and link it from the course menu. But perhaps most importantly, the VLE can track how much of the module has been viewed by the learner and record their scores in any quizzes or tests. SCORM has become a worldwide standard for creating e-learning content that can be widely shared and re-used. The content package includes all of the components of the e-learning module, which can often be a large number of files and folders. It also includes an XML Manifest document, which describes the content of the package and the relationship of the files etc. Most current rapid e-learning authoring tools publish their content in SCORM 1.2 or 2004 compatible format out-of-the-box. But we can also create SCORM packaged web-page of other content, including for example web pages with embedded video and audio content.
