Summit Developer: Summit GUI,STP, C/C++ & C#/.Net skills, Summit STK toolkit,  London: Salary £60,000 - £70,000

The Role:

• Technical Impact Analysis, estimation and development
• Prepare Technical Specification documentation
• Prepare build and unit testing
• Defect fixing during System integration and UAT
• Provide BAU/L3 support
• Provide support as part of production cut over
• Participate in Disaster Recovery ( DR) tests
• Should work within defined timelines and meet quality goals
• co-ordinate with Business End Users and Business Analysts

Summit:

Primary:

• Summit GUI enhancements & customization
• Good working experience using Summit STK toolkit
• Understanding of individual Straight Through Processing (STP) Servers (Trade, Settlement, Flow) & Workflow
• Summit Trade Interfaces into and out of Summit, Gateway Loader API's.
• Experience in Summit Extract & Reports
• Understanding of IONA and IT admin commands
• Understanding of Summit Meta Model and STD
• Experience in extending meta model
• Good working experience using Summit STK toolkit
• Experience in implementing & customizing Summit STP ( e.g. SDL)

Secondary/Optional:

• Experience in implementing & customizing Summit STP
• Experience in configuration of Swift Message
• Knowledge on Summit batch processes
• Working knowledge on Summit Distribution Server
• Experience on Summit Multi Underlying Structure Trade (MUST) module
• Summit GUI (Classic & FT) enhancements & customization

Technologies:

Primary:

• Knowledge on C/C++ & C#/.Net skills
• Working knowledge on infragistix
• Strong knowledge of S

Secondary/Optional:

• Knowledge on DOS and Perl scripting
• Experience with CORBA implementation, e.g. OmniORB
• Knowledge the .NET Framework (used in Misys products)
• Knowledge of Java Swings
• Working Experience in MQ Series
• Experience with version control, build management and packaging/releasing to production

Experience:

• Strong Capital Markets knowledge - Trade Life-cycle and Back Office operations
• Strong knowledge on Interest Rate Derivatives (*), Bonds/Repos, Money Market ( MM), Credit Derivatives and Equities
• Understanding of Risk Management aspects such as Market and Credit Risk
• Demonstrate experience in some of the following
• Settlement, accounting and financial messaging.
• Derivatives processing, reporting, valuation and collateral management.
