Project Name: RMAP (Risk Management Application Platform )

Challenges: 

Changing requirements, multiple complex steams/modules and metrics calculations,
Data Quality of Test Env, Potential delay/shrink of time allocated to Testing team due to delay in code migration and
documentation required for Testing. Adaption and quick learning of new tool eg:- Spotfire will be used to develop the
front end reports

The RMAP Project will help Roche by
delivering a working solution to prove the viability of a global reporting platform to support the Risk Based Monitoring
initiatives within the organisation. The solution centers on the provision of a single-point-of-truth framework containing
corporate standard metrics that quantify multiple aspects of the product development lifecycle (study management,
planning, financial, patient recruitment, etc).

What I delviered as part of my role 

I Ensured that correct testing approach is used to deliver accurate solution which meets all
the requirements. Highlighted the Potential Risks/Dependancies which may
impact the deliverable and its mitigation. Ensure that solution is well integrated
with objects already in Production and will not cause negative impact on them
once solution is in Prod. On a more detailed level I have reviewed and provided
feedback Test Plan , defined Test Strategy, Created Test Scripts, provided
time estimates for better project and resource planning, Wrote complex SQL
statements to test the metrics are defined and calculated correctly. Once the
back end is tested, I will define the approach to test the front end which will
use Spotfire.
